These terms apply to the What’s On Hire marketing site at whatsonhire.com and the application at app.whatsonhire.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Who we are

What’s On Hire is a product of Flava Digital Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. The marketing site is whatsonhire.com. The application is app.whatsonhire.com.

The service

What’s On Hire is software to record and review hired equipment for your organisation. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

An account belongs to one organisation. You must keep your login details safe and make sure only people you trust can access the organisation. You are responsible for the information you enter, including hire, site and supplier records.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly. Prices exclude VAT. You pay by a payment link we email you, or by invoice. You can cancel any time by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment is not made, we may switch the account off. You can ask us to export your data.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, try to disrupt it, or attempt to access another organisation’s data. We may suspend an account if it is used in a way that harms the service or other customers.

Your data

Hire, site and supplier data you enter belongs to your organisation. We process it to provide the service. Cookies on this marketing website are covered on the cookies and privacy pages. Data you enter in the application is handled in the application, not on this marketing site.

Availability

We will take reasonable care to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
